R package Local Principal Curves

R functions for local principal curves

R package LPCM (Local principal curves and manifolds).

R package version 0.37 is now ready (10/06/1010) and available on request from jochen.einbeck"at"durham.ac.uk. This covers the methodology introduced in [1],[2],[4].

The next version 0.38 will be published here by July 2010 at latest. The package will go to CRAN by end of 2010.
