Questions relating to computer usage for LMS conferences
Before coming to Durham we recommend that you:
- Check the details about
setting up
laptops for using the ethernet in rooms in College.
- Strongly advise
that you give
your laptop a health check before you come to Durham since PC
users will be "quarantined" until such time as your PC is in good
health.
- Get administrator privileges for your PC, so that you can install
software on it if you need to.
- Pack an ethernet cable and a UK plug adapter.
- There is limited availability of WiFi on campus.
