Welcome to the webpage for the seventh annual Young Theorists' Forum taking place at Durham University on 17-18 December 2014. Applications are now closed: details of the programme of talks may be found here, and the official programme is here.

The purpose of YTF is to bring together postgraduate students working in theoretical physics, providing the opportunity to present their work to a sympathetic audience. Our aim is to foster development of early career researchers and encourage collaboration between different universities. This year brings together 92 participants from 17 institutions across the UK, speaking on a wide range of topics in Physics and Maths.

Topics to be discussed include:

BSM Physics
String Phenomenology
Holography
Cosmology
Amplitude
Solitons
SM Phenomenology
String Theory
QCD
Gravity

Historically, students attending YTF are also expected to attend the Annual Theory Meeting which will this year occur before YTF. For more details on the ATM, please visit here.
